**Citation balances of $200 or more will prevent students from registering for classes**

停车服务 is located in the β/γ共用-Police Building, 290 Jaguar 大街. The entrance for 停车服务 is located on the 南 side of the building. 办公时间是早上7:30.M. - 4:30 P.M. 星期一至星期五.  许多停车交易 and inquiries, including 许可证s, citation payments and appeals, etc. 可以解决 在这个网站上. 

All vehicles operated on the USA campus must be properly registered and display a current USA parking 许可证; twenty-four (24) hours a day, and seven (7) days a week.

Anyone who operates a motor vehicle on the USA campus is required to register his/her vehicle with 停车服务 and obtain a valid parking 许可证. 这包括所有 employees, faculty, staff, designated guests, administrative officials, and all students. 停车 规定 apply to students enrolled in day, evening, weekend, online web classes, Harrison School of Pharmacy, USA Pathway, Cross Registration, Dual Enrollment, and all students with classes on the 鲍德温县校区 and Dauphin Island Sea 实验室. 规定 apply to all employees with offices located in Technology and 研究 公园及大学公地. The parking 许可证 must be displayed on the driver's side lower window with the 许可证 number facing outward.  许可证号码必须是 清晰可见. Displaying it in any other location is considered a violation.

游客 (individuals not affiliated with the University) must obtain an official visitor parking pass from 停车服务 with a valid ID.   必须显示通行证 from the rear-view mirror with front of pass facing outward. 通行证号码必须 清晰可见.

学生

Zone parking (parking in your correct zone) enforcement is in effect Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. 在秋季和春季学期. 下午3:45以后.m.、车辆 with any valid USA parking 许可证 may park in any student parking space on campus; however, a current 许可证 must be displayed in the vehicle. 许可证须于 all times, including May and summer semesters and students must park in the white 排空间.

教职员工和指定嘉宾

All 教师, staff, and designated guests who qualify for a USA ID card, must purchase a faculty/staff parking 许可证 regardless of what month they begin employment.  教员/员工 parking 许可证s are valid November 1st through October 31st.

All individuals with JagMail电子邮件帐户, including those who qualify for a JagMail 帐户，必须在网上订购停车许可证. Select 管理我的停车账户 访问您的停车帐户.

医院员工或具有@health的个人.southalabama.Edu邮箱可以登录 使用他们的Jagnet ID和密码. 点击这里请求您的Jagnet ID.  Designated Guests must purchase a 许可证 from 停车服务, 捷豹大道290号., β/γ共用.  Permits will only be sold in office to individuals who are not authorized to obtain JagMail电子邮件帐户. A current USA ID is required and 许可证s may be purchased 用信用卡或借记卡.  不再接受现金和支票.  所有其他员工， faculty and staff, will be referred to the online purchasing system. 

摩托车许可 

Motorcycle and scooter license plates are now use as a virtual 许可证 and must be 网上注册. There will be no physical 许可证 or decal for motorcycles or scooters.
